Booking Fee
- No extra fee for online bookings.
- For bookings by phone or email, a booking fee of 100 SEK applies, which is non-refundable.

Cancellation Rules
Without cancellation protection, the following rules apply
Camping Pitch & Tent

Cancellation Protection
195 SEK per booking
With cancellation protection you can cancel until 12:00 on arrival day and receive a full refund for valid reasons.
What does cancellation protection include?
Cancellation protection gives you the option to cancel your booking in case of unforeseen events and get your money back. You must be able to prove your circumstances with documentation.
Valid reasons for cancellation
- Acute illness or accident preventing travel
- Death in immediate family
- Significant property damage (fire, burglary, flooding)
- Government decisions preventing travel
Documentation required
You must be able to prove your circumstances with documentation from a doctor, authority or insurance company. Documentation must be sent to us within 30 days of cancellation.
Important to know
- The cost of cancellation protection (195 SEK) is never refunded.
- Any booking fee (100 SEK) is not refunded.
- Protection applies per booking, not per person.
Good to Know
Number of guests
Always specify the correct number of guests when booking. Extra guests may incur an additional fee. Maximum capacity applies for cabins and glamping.
Pets
Pets are welcome at camping pitches but not in cabins or glamping. Dogs must be kept on a leash in the entire area.
House rules
Quiet hours are between 23:00-07:00. Please be considerate of other guests and keep common areas clean.
