Terms & Conditions
When booking by phone or email, a booking fee of 100 SEK is added, which is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. If you book online, there is no fee when booking or when cancelling no later than 3 days before arrival for a camping site or tent site and 7 days before arrival for a cottage.
Payment:
The booking must be paid at the time of booking by card or Swish.
Check-in and check-out:
Check-in for a camping site is from 12:00 and for a cottage it is at 14:00.
Check-out is no later than 12:00.
Cancellation rules for camping sites and tent sites without cancellation protection:
NOTE! For midsummer, the same cancellation rules apply as for cabins, i.e. free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. Pre-season and post-season have different cancellation rules that you receive when booking.
● If the site is cancelled by 12 noon in full or in part no later than 3 days or earlier before arrival, 100% will be refunded.
● If the site is cancelled by 12 noon in full or in part no later than 2 days before arrival, 50% will be refunded.
● If the site is cancelled the day before arrival, on the day of arrival, or if the ongoing stay is interrupted, nothing will be refunded.
Cancellation rules for cabins without cancellation protection:
● If the cabin is cancelled by 12 noon in full or in part no later than 7 days or more before arrival, 100% will be refunded.
● If the cabin is cancelled by 12 noon in full or in part 6-2 days before arrival, 50% will be refunded.
● If cancelled the day before arrival, on the day of arrival, or if the stay is interrupted, nothing will be refunded.
Refund rules for cancellations:
At the time of booking, you can purchase cancellation protection, for 195 SEK, which applies according to the conditions below. NOTE! You need to register the names of all fellow passengers for the protection to also include them. Cancellation protection means that you can cancel until 12 noon on the day of arrival.
Valid reasons for using cancellation protection are:
– in the event of death, illness or serious accident that has affected you, your spouse, partner, your or your spouse’s/partner’s children, siblings or fellow traveler.
– that any other serious event occurs outside your control, such as extensive fire or water damage in your home, which means that it is not reasonable to request that you stick to your booking.
– in the event of a call-up to the military or civil defense.
In the event of cancellation, the cost of the paid cancellation protection and any booking fee will not be refunded, regardless of whether you cancel well in advance of arrival.
Cancellation protection applies per booked object.
If you have not purchased cancellation protection at the time of booking, the following applies:
Without cancellation protection, no refund will be made of amounts already paid outside the usual booking conditions, regardless of the reason.
